I am a solo physician running my own private medical
office. Last year, I had a very high turnover of receptionists and
decided to employ a service to hire temporary employees. This was a disaster
due to unexpected absences, and a lack of training in basic phone etiquette.
In desperation, I called Advantage Answering Plus to use
