Human Resources Coordinator

Kristen joined the Advantage team in 2012 as an Advantage Receptionist and has worked her way through the ranks to become our Human Resouces Coordinator. With years of customer service experience and a  Liberal Arts degree in Social & Behavorial Sciences, Kristen knows people! 

Kristen enjoys the beautiful views and meeting the happy people of our unique Central Coast community, especially when she’s indulging her passions for exploring local wineries and hiking trails, camping, and freelance writing.

Kristen is known for her bright smile and knack for making callers and team members alike feel special through personal connections forged thanks to her trademark enthusiasm.
